Refund Time Frame

Our refund policy duration is 15 days. Unfortunately, if 15 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

  • Original Packaging: The item must be returned in the original packaging.

Refund Method

All refunds at Backstage Company are issued via GIFT CARD. Given that our products are printed on demand, issuing refunds via gift card is the most viable way to facilitate returns while continuing to offer unique, personalized products.

Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at backstagecompanyy@gmail.com and send your item to our address provided here.

Steps to Follow for Returning Your Item

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’d receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
